Vaccinations for travel to Tunisia

Have to travel to Tunisia for a couple of days in November. The other/better half tells me that I will need vaccinations. Anybody able to confirm that or is there some legitimate source of this information.

I was in Tunisia twice and didnt require anything but maybe you should have some mosquito repellent as i heard of a few people that had been bitten when i was there in October last year. Tunisia should be very quiet in November, it was getting quiet when i left in October.

Been there three time without any jabs and never had a problem. I'm a bit surprised to hear about mosquitos - I'd have thought it a bit dry for them.
