UTV Broadband

Broadband has finally arrived in my area and UTV seems to offer the best value especially when telephone package is bundled in. However i have a monitored alarm ( not Phonewatch) and have been told i cannot get broadband without some adjustment to the line. Who does the adjustment? How much is it cost? Is it a lot of hassle? Any one with any experience/views/advice out there?

I use UTV broadband - best value!
(Note: This is Eircom broadband just being sold by UTV)

I also have a phone dialler in my alarm system, which dials out when activated. Have made no adjustments since I installed bradband 9 months ago and all still works fine!
