Utility Room / Larder - who can make it

We have a rectangular utility in a new house, it is completely bare as we only paid the kitchen company to install the kitchen as they were not able to come up with what we were looking for.

Rather than just having a utility fit out with bad space utilisation we woudl prefer to make it more of a larder / utility, so we can hide away more of the unused items, behind full height sliding doors. Nothing too fancy, but again nothing that another house purchaser is going to want to pull out if they bought our house.

It is empty at the moment and has the facility to be plumbed.
It will include a Tumble Drier, Washing Machine, a very small spare fridge, and the Gas Boiler and piping (LPG Gas).

Rather than putting in the conventional units with worktop, we would prefer to maximize the space and shelf it wall to wall to be able to store all those items that are used occassionally eg. Mixers, bread machines. Mixing bowls, Roasting dishes.

We have had 3 different carpenters come to the house to come up with a flexible plan, nothing - not even a price.

So we are looking for just regular old shelving, nothing special - even the carcass of a door cabinet might work. We also would prefer to have floor to ceiling sliding doors just for neatness.

If there was a way to still include a sink that woudl be great. Woudl jnot be used very often, probably just for handwashing clothes, and watching wellie boots.

Has anyone does this type of thing before?
Did it work for them, would they recommend it to a friend.
Is anyone willing to come up with an approximate quote?
The space is about 10ft and 4.5 ft.

I would not go for sliding doors if I were you. The running systems break to easy / jam with dirt.

Where is the house?

Was thinking of Sliderobes although they are rather pricy. Then we were thinking of putting in IKEA sliding doors ourselves. The house is in Redcross, Co. Wicklow - near Wicklow town / Arklow town
