We have put a deposit on a new build that will be ready in approx 3 months. The estate agent that we are buying from has pitched to sell our house, at the same % commission that others have quoted. He's selling himself on the basis that he can manage the builder etc in line with the timings on the sale of our current house. Any pitfalls to look out for?
