The Garda Computer Crime Unit is well regarded internationally for their knowledge and expertise in computer forensics. I would not put the problem PULSE as an indicator of the expertise of those on the ground who work in this area.

Eircom hotspots are available in most towns in Ireland, as wall as BT hotspots. Not sure on costs for a sub to the service but a 30 min card costs 3 euro or a monthly subs (Eircom customer) 12 euro
