Looking for help on how to tune mobile to correct frequency (850/1900) when visiting usa.
have looked in manual & could not see any referance to it.
phone is nokia 6131.
You don't need to do anything to the phone. All you have to do is select a mobile operator (or allow the phone to find one automatically) when you get to the USA.
The nokia 6131 is quad band so you shouldn't have a problem.
thanks.... I just just thought that because we operate on a different frequency that it had to be adjusted.......but as you say its just like going to somewhere in europe.
