Using 1 Affidavit for multiple cases

Hope i have the right forum. Here is my scenario. An affidavit has been submitted in circuit court case. This affidavit holds information relevant for me in a completely separate court case. Can i get a copy of this affidavit and use it for my case?. Also there is a possibility of perjury, who should i report it to?

You can report perjury to the Gardai - be very careful before making a complaint.

An affidavit can only be used in the proceeding in which it is sworn. That said you can try to use the information by subpoenaing the relevant people in your own proceedings. Perjury is knowingly making a false statement under oath so you need to be sure of your facts - that said an honest complaint to the gardai is privileged.
