It's a technical manual on Pensions. Used a lot by the broker community and an excellent broad description of the mechanics of pensions.
If that floats your boat I would also suggest a read of "Pensions, Revenue Law and Practice" by Aidan McLoughlin and published by the Institute Of Taxation.
