Used carry 3 month waranty question?

Hello,

I bought a used Golf 1.9 TDI in November with a three month warranty.

The car was fine until yesterday when I noticed that the floor under the driver and behind the driver eas wet. I think there is either a leak in the windscreen seals or in one of the windows.

My question is will the warranty cover this?

I bought the car from a main VW dealer.

Nobody can tell you here - its obviously a used car you have bought so the warranty covers whatever you agreed with the garage when you bought it. Call them and ask.
depending on its age most just give a engine/gearbox warranty.

Have a google for yourself you will find lots of info about leaks and VW.

The warranty only covers engine, gearbox and back axle.

I might give them a call anyway.

Did you have a professional inspection carried out before purchasing?

Even if you didn't and the fault predates your purchase of the car, you may have comeback under the sales of goods and supply of services act, see here - [broken link removed]
