download all the usual spydetector removals software as per the clean pc post. One of them will get rid of it.
In fact, for security, go to top100downloads and keep trying different tools until one of them gets rid of it. One of them will.
I use AVG, windows defender and crap cleaner regularly and havent had a problem in years.
going forward, dont open any files from strange emails, in fact, dont open any mails from people you dont know, think of them as cold callers to your door when youre eating your favorite dinner..

Once downloaded install it.
During the install process it will ask to check for updates, do this.
It will also ask to backup your registry, do this also.
Once installed click on the immunize icon and then click immunize.
Then run search and detroy process. Once complete click fix selected problems. Some infections may need a reboot to remove so confirm that you want to do this.
Once all the spyware has been removed update AVG 7.5 and run a full sweep
