Unusual SPAM received today - has anyone else seen it?

This was nestling in the quarantined possible SPAM received today.

I wanted to highlight it as it was missed by Clam XAV as a definite and seems different to the usual drug / porn / watches / bank / credit-card / egreetings stuff.

I opened it as a source document within Clam XAV and didn't click any links.

Has anyone seen one before? (misspellings etc are as per original and I don't download copyrighted material illegally).
