Unused Ryanair flights

I have a €100 Ryanair flight that I didnt use about two weeks ago, Can i re use this?

Tried calling Ryanair cust service.. left holding for 10 minutes!

don't even bother trying with customer service

And i think that Ryanair customer service line is a bit more expensive than a call to a normal land line

If anyone ever gets money refunded from Ryanair they should frame it , it could become a very important historical artefact !
