Dear all, I am currently trying to come to an arrangement with AIB on an investment property. The investment property was purchased in joint names (my wife and myself) in 2007. As part of the Freedom of Information Act, I obtained my file. Within the file, I obtained my Mortgage Application Form and it only signed by myself and not my wife. All contracts and other documentation were signed jointly (just not the Mortgage Application Form).
Will this invalidate the purchase? Or will all signed contracts supersede the Mortgage Application Form?
