I've deferred a college place from TCD to a PGCE (teaching h.dip) to next Sept. I am Irish but not resident (but domiciled in Ireland) as I have lived abroad for more than 3 of the past 5 years. I am not eligible for maintenance grants as far as I can see... Is there any non-resident grants or anything like that in Ireland? Any help or info on councils/websites etc is appreciated if anyone knows? Thank you for your time,
