Unfair treatment

The company I work for laid me off on temp.release for over 4 months and now Have offered me work,about 150 miles from where I live,so I asked for redundancy but was turned down,whats my options as I want to leave but dont want to leave redundandcy money behind me.

Not quite sure, but the last company i worked for instead of paying lads their redundancy they sent them from one site to the next all over Ireland until they eventually gave in and quit. It's a mean and horrible method that an employer can do this.
