Uneven floors

Whe checking out our final snag we only realised that the floors are uneven. They seem to slant to the right and go from high to low. For example the doors have been hung straight but theres about an inch gap from the saddleboards to the bottom of the door that gradually gt smaller. We asked the builder about this and he said all of the houses have this problem as the foundations were laid incorrectly!!! So not sure if theres anything i can do, or will thi cause problems if we ever go to sell..?? Its not hughly noticable so if there will be no reaccuring problems could i just go ahead and move in?? Any advice would be great guys!

Firstly check with the other houses to see if it is there also.
Secondly make absolutely sure subsidence does not enter the equation.
I would see it is a major flaw in any construction.
Seek expert engineering advice.
Don't pay the final amount yet.
