unemployment benefit at 65

My wife retired from HSE at age 60 and is receiving a pension.can she claim the unemployment benefit when she reaches 65?

She would have to meet the PRSI record criteria. Did she have any PRSI contributions or credits at any time between 60 and 65 ? If so, at what class and in what years?
