Undertile heating...which brand to choose

There are a few companies out there eg. Devi. Does anyone have advice on what to buy and what not to buy? Plan to install in bathrooms and kitchen.
 
I don't think there is much between any of them, its just a cable.
I know a guy who does this type of work and he always uses the cable and not the mat, he runs the cable between strips of green-plasterboard and fills the area around the cable with levelling compound, this gives thermal mass to the floor and it retains the heat longer.
He also does tanking and wetrooms so you can have a wetroom/sauna with underfloor heating upstairs.
 
that is an interesting way to do it, must mention to the builder. I must ask if the tiler does this work or is it a separate person. i can't have a wet room, this is what I wanted but the builder refuses to put one in as he says he will not be responsible for it leaking. As this is a house off plans that we have changed around, he is reluctant for any changes like this, as we have only paid him 10% and balance on completion.
