Underfloor heating in timber frame house.

I'm gonna install underfloor heating but not sure about the floor situation. Do you have to put down finished floor or just a sub floor before erection of the timberframe?
 
You can do it either way lad, we only had sub floor down before the TF went up but my mate had the UFH installed and the final floor
 
Thanks very much for your help yop! Think i will go with sub floor and then pump in screed afterwards!!!
