under 20's car insurance

What are the cheapest car insurance companies to go to for car insurance for an under 20 year old? a lot of them seem to be over 25's only and the others want over €1,200 which seems a lot. I was told quinn do it for €900 but can't seem to find any info. Thanks

Given that the price will be very different depending on your own specific details, your location, your car, your driving history, your level of cover etc. etc. etc. this seems a very odd comment.

As already mentioned, the only way to make sure you're getting the best price is to get a quote for your specific situation from all the insurers. Get as many online/phone/etc quotes as you can, then play them off against each other until you're happy with the price you agree for the level of cover you need.
