Undated tax credit certificate

I am just looking for some advice, about 2 weeks ago using the my account platform on the revenue website I updated my tax credit certificate I had to upload some documentation to receive the extra tax credit, just today the new tax credits appeared alongside the standard tax credits but I did not receive an updated tax credit certificate

Is this normal does it usually take a few days for a new tax credit certificate to be amended
