Folks, what forms do I need to fill out to un registar from VAT and PAYE for a LTD company. I want to keep the company going for a while yet, but have a taken a perm position of late.
All you have to do is write a letter to your local tax district and ask them to deregisted the company for employers taxes and vat and from what date to deregisted them from.
