The relentless slide in deposit rates continues.
In the last few weeks:
BoI have cut some deposit rates.
Leeds Building Society Ireland have cut rates via the removal of a product.
AIB have cut some current and legacy product rates.
Last Friday:
EBS cut deposit rates on a lot of their instant access and notice products.
Ulster Bank cut the deposit rates on the vast majority of their instant access and notice products including legacy products.
Next up:
KBC will cut fixed rates next week or so I am told. (Unconfirmed but probably true).
PTSB will also cut fixed rates next week or so I am also told. (Unconfirmed but probably true).
Looking hot: I think the below rates are worth grabbing while you can before rates slide further.
Danske Bank @ 2.75% locked for 1 year.
Nationwide UK @ 2.75% locked for 1 year. Nationwide UK offer is for existing customers who have been with the bank for at least 1 year.
