Some new information for who have uFirst current accounts or are thinking of switching current accounts.
The uFirst current account includes mobile phone insurance however it did not cover PDA type phones (iPhone, Blackberry etc) until recently.
UB has changed the insurance provider over the past 2 weeks. The new company is Homecare Insurance and they over ALL phones. Other conditions remain generally the same. Max amount per claim is €450 subject to excess of €50 in the case of your first claim or €75 in the case of a second claim with 12 months.
uFirst costs €10 a month.
