Has anybody else been receiving text messages from UB requesting you to call them back.
I have received a few of these and have ignored them up until last week when i received one with a ref code, out of interest I called the number and having spoken to three people non seemed to know what the ref no referred to but all wanted personal details like DOB, address etc.
I refused to give any details and when the lady insisted that it was UB the call ended when is insisted that it was me she was speaking too.
Is it just me or are UB not writing to customer anymore?
I told them that if the matter is important could they please write to me.
