Hi we are in the process of completing a new standard financial statement with UB. This is after a 6 month arrangement and the aim now is to capitalise arrears. 28k.

They have asked for bank statements, pay slips etc as part of the SFS. Have never been asked for these before. Are we entitled to send them this documentation if maintaining full payments etc.

Of course you should send them the documentation. Why ever would you not want to fully engage in order to sort out your arrears. If you don’t engage fully you might end up being part of a package of loans being sold to a vulture fund as happened to many in PTSB this week.

Well if you want them to process a change in the mortgage then you'll have to send in whatever they require.
