Ulster Bank rates for existing customers

Hi,

My 3-yr fixed rate with Ulster Bank is up after this after this month's payment. I can't find any details on their website on what rates they offer existing customers when their current deal expires. The only info they seem to have on their website is for new customers.
Does anyone know where I could get this information ?

yeah might do, but any time I've been on to them before they haven't been much help - passing me around from one person to another, waiting ages etc

I switched to a 3-year fixed rate (4.3%) with Ulster Bank a few months ago. It took about 2 months and at least 5 phonecalls to get them to send me out the documentation. I believe if I hadn't been so persistent, I would still be waiting.
Their excuse - alot of people wanting to switch to fixed rate, so backlog.

Yeah that sounds about right Maggs, you just have to keep hassling them to get anywhere.
Gonna give them a buzz tomorrow and see how it goes.
