Ulster Bank Mortgage - Covid Repayment

Hi,
Can anyone say if these figures are correct.

Previous payments €722 p/m.
Took the 3 months Covid mortgage payment break.
Interest rate 0.95%.
8 years remaining (96 months).
Revised payment €762 p/m.

Seems a bit high to me , was expecting around €25 extra.
