Ulster bank low overdraft offered

I was applying online for ulster bank current account and they would only offer 750 euros overdraft. I currently have a 3000 overdraft with halifax.
750 euros is far too low as my mortgage is almost twice that and I often hit over the 1000 euros mark in the overdraft every month or so.

Would I get a better offer if I applied at an ulster bank branch??

if you're looking to complete a switcher from halifax try ringing up ub rather than applying online, they may be able match your overdraft for you...
