My 3yr fixed rate mortgage is up on the 30/9/10. Ive read the loan offer back to front and found the following paragraph under the loan acceptance where we signed.

Loan acceptance

"We fully understand and accept the specific nature of this remortgage mortgage. We fully understand that any outstanding debt owing(whether owing now or in the future) to Ulster bank ltd by us at any given time is secured on the property the subject of the tracker mortgage and must be repaid in full before the relevant title deeds can be returned or the relevant mortgage deed released"

Does this mean we move onto a tracker?

I cant find any mention of variable rates or ECB rates in any other part of the document.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

.

It’s possible but I would think the word tracker on its own is meaningless.

Unless it says ECB + XX, or no more than XX above ECB, they could offer you a tracker rate of 11% (ECB + 10).
