just opened a one year fixed account with UB last week and indicated to get the interest at maturity!! however I have decided I would like to recieve the interest monthly....I rang up UB and they told me I can't change it now...

Am I wrong but isn't there a cooling off period off 14 days so if your unhappy you can change the interest options or whatever...

replies welcome.
