Ulster Bank eSavings interest

I've had my first full month with the eSavings account but there's no sign of my interest today. I received a small amount of interest on the last day of June but nothing today. Does anyone have any experience of when the interest is paid? Are they usually slow in adding it?

These are the dates they've previously paid interest on according to the statements

29 Feb 2008 INT
31 Mar 2008 INT
30 Apr 2008 INT
30 May 2008 INT
30 Jun 2008 INT

The 31 July payment doesn't seem to be there yet.

My First Active eSavings account doesn't have the July 31st payment either.

FA and UB are both part of the RBOS Group and their systems look identical except for branding.

As far as I remember the payments don't show up until the first day of the next month even though they have a transaction date of the last day of the previous month.
