Ulster Bank Direct Saver

I opened a Direct Saver savings account with UB last December. It's basically awful without the one year introductory bonus rate. I don't suppose if I close the old one and then open a new Direct Saver that I could get the one year bonus again on that?

It's the same with all of the banks - you need to have a reminder to change the account at the end of the advertised term. We regularly roll over our direct saver with UB, no problem.
