Ulster Bank Card Reader Problem

I got a replacement Card Reader last week. Inserted my card and entered pin number. Msg Pin number CORRECT.

Entered code from website into Card Reader, Code Accepted.

Pressed ok to generate pass code, SUCCESS.

Entered passcode on website > Submit

Msge: Code generated by card not recognised.

Above repeated several times and same result. Rang helpline and eventually was told card and card reader must be out of sync. Anyway after ending up in Northern Ireland all I got in the end is a new card ordered.


Its funny cause the card and card reader worked grand its just their website didn't seem to be in sync. with my card reader. oooh I dunno
