Has anyone ever come across this. I have just tried to log on to my account and it said twice I put in incorrect details then asked me to confirm my details including my email address and account numbers. Seems a strange procedure .

That's normal procedure - anything that makes me put in my account details etc makes think its phishy. Anyway all is fine now though I can't understand how I put my details in twice wrong.
