Hi - I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue I'm having? I have sign in details (Government Gateway user ID and password) but once through that page, I'm asked for an Access code from the Authenticator App. I dont have HMRC set up on my authenticator app.
Would I be better off starting again and setting up a new account? I have been going round in circles trying to change the method of authentication on the site. It is asking me to verify my identity in order to change the method of authentification and requires UK postcode / credit record etc that I dont have.
Has anyone found a way around this?
