I have some friends who have invested in a new sharedbuild scheme and have taken a look at it and it seems a superb scheme to get into,I would like to know what others think on here and if anybody else has heard of it ?

I came across another forum with this advert below,Im seriously thinking of contacting someone to find out more,its sound ideal if it works and a away to getinto property to make serios money with low risk,please reply with your comments so Im sure Im making the right choice or not.

Our plan is simple and achievable....
With a group of eight investors, we buy a plot of land in a prime location on which we build a one-off distinctive property.

The property will be built to sell for £375,000 because homes in this price bracket have proven to be the most reliable sector of the housing market over many years.

Each project will have a build schedule of six months. For an initial investment of £5000, you can expect a return of £8750 from the first build.
 
I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Looks to me like one of those scams that would appear on BBC watchdog!

Sometimes you would wonder where everyone has been for the last thirty years, when you see these "get rich quick" schemes still managing to snare the unwary.

All of these cons rely on playing to the greed of the "investor". Free money, roll up and get it! This one is so blatant that the numbers don't even add up -- eight investors at 5k each doesn't add up to a site and build costs, you have to dip in the pockets again and again, getting deeper and deeper into the hole.

Sadly, it is usually the ones that can least afford to lose it that get caught.

Don't even think about this garbage.
