I think rainy day should get over it. This compnay could have something organised with the relevant authorities. It is not a big issue. If they are taxed and insured what does it matter.

Have you missed the point? They aren't taxed, and there is reasonable doubt as to whether they are insured. I'm not losing any sleep over the tax issue, as a poster pointed out the €50 VRT for commercial vehicles, but insurance is a serious issue.
