I am helping out a friend here....
Anyone familiar with this form called "Annex One"
Its required by the HSE civil registration office, in order to allow remarrying in Ireland.
Several attempts to get this form dealt with have now failed.
I looked at the form, and it needs to be signed by a UK court.
Friend has the official court stamped, decree absolute form, but it seems this is not
enough.
