I recently moved to Ireland and draw on a small company pension which is paid into a UK bank account is it possible for me not to declare this to Irish revenue and not be hit with a tax demand in years to come at the moment neither my wife or myself are working so there would be no tax due but hopefully we will both be working fulltime shortly
 
If you are tax resident in Ireland then I think that all income is assessable for income tax so I don't know of any obvious way that you can avoid declaring this income to Revenue. If you pay any tax on it in the UK then you should be able to get a credit for that here.
