UK Buy to let Management charges

I have 2 buy to let properties in UK, one apportions management charges by area. Received report today for the other. Surprised to see this one appotions by unit regardless of size. My v small bedsit pays same as 3 bed in the same building. Seems unfair. What can I do now ?

read your lease. some leases have tiered charges ie. you pay smaller amount for a studio and higher amount for a 1 or 2 bed. others have a flat charge no matter what size the property is. you should have had some information on this when you bought the flats.
