UB Visa and PaddyPower.com Deposits?

Not sure if this is the right place but I was wondering if anyone reading this has an Ulster Bank Visa card and also plays poker online with PaddyPower? I have been seeing interest charges appearing on my Visa bill for the last 2 or 3 months and yet I have not taken out any cash or left any bills unpaid.
The only thing I can think of is that Ulster Bank are now considering Paddy Power deposits as cash withdrawals?
