I got my letter today but I was expecting the reduction to be more than what is indicated. I never really looked into previous reductions that were passed on but just wondering if someone can confirm if it looks correct or not?
I have a €180k mortgage plus a €20k variable rate top-up. My previous monthly amount was €714.94, with the 0.25% reduction this will now be €704.53. I would have expected it to be a reduction of over €20 at least. Isn't the rule of thumb €15 reduction per €100k borrowed?
