Hi all

anybody know anything about the last phase to be built in Tyrrelstown Dublin 15 called cruise park especially how much a 2 bed house would go for. the website does not give much away

any views on the development now that is is nearly complete?

dont care

do you know anything about the place seems to be in the middle of nowhere

Used to work in one of the industrial park near Tyrrlestown. Pretty remote. From what I remember the only bus service goes into town. Think there is a stop near Memorial hospital which is about 10 mins walk from Blanchardstown Centre.

Think there are a few shops etc in Tyrrlestown now but without a car it's not going to be too easy even to get to Blanchardstown centre.

Tyrrelstown is fine now..with the new town centre, everything there you need incls Superquinn Lidl pubs, chemist etc etc etc...

The bus service is probably better than it used to be - thankfully I dont need to know..

I'm right at the edge opposite a green so when I look out the front window all I can see for miles is green fields..weird cos theres a concrete..sorry wooden jungle behind me...

Its fine...up Belgree end..the other end seems a bit of a Ghetto (my opinion only)..

Two bed tce two yrs ago cost 170 --- but with the town centre etc I would say you're talking much more..

Its a good starting point for a first time buyer...decent enough area..

Why dont you email McPeakes and ask them...if you do find out how much I would be interested to know...

hi there

i live in the ghetto end hehe

bealing village, 3 years ago when i moved in it as all fields, now we have pub, shops, and busses every 30 mins or so at worst into town,
we are the last stop on the 39n nightlink which is hady but about € 20 in a taxi from town so if you are socialising a lot take that into consideration, new 4 star hotel nearly built and planning permission being sought for a retail aprk along the lines of a atlantic homecare and a few car garages,

I like the place, a lot of it is rented out by investors so it might not be the same as the old days!

myhome have a few houses on now

cheers outlaw

interesting comments...mcpeakes are not releasing price info till early april but i reckon they will go for E270K which is some appreciation on your price
seems like a nice area alright as far as i know they last phase is going beside the golf course
i am not conerned about the bus service either except for getting into town at the weekends as far as i know the 39 nitelink goes all the way although probably takes an age

will keep you posted on the price info when i get it
