TV Tuner for PC?

Was thinking of getting a TV Tuner for my PC but don't know much about them.What sort of price would you expect to pay and is the picture quality any good? Thanks.

For what it's worth [broken link removed] sell a couple at different price points. There are loads of hardware review sites on the net with good overviews and reviews of the technology and specific products.
