TV coverage of tonights UEFA cup final

I see that teh UEFA cup final is being shown on setanta ireland (it says that this channel is available in ireland only) and tv3.

So - teh UEFA cup is being shown on no less than 2 exclusively irish channels?
Am i missing something here?

Does that not seem a bit unnecessary ?

tv3 does not cover all of the country so setanta see an opportunity.
