Turnaround time on new Halifax debit card

Just a quick one.

I recently opened up a new current account with Halifax to take advantage of the free banking/visa debit card/other goodies. However, I've been waiting 3 weeks to recieve my Visa debit card, and I haven't seen a sign of it yet. I called customer services and they could only tell me that the card was being processed.

Is it typical to wait this long or am I just unlucky?

I think its normal unfortunatly.
I waited about a month for my card to come in the post when they opened up here.
Its extremely handy though and dont use any other card now. Cash back is an added bonus too when shopping.

Thankfully, it came through in Friday.

Now to test her out
