tuning frequency - Channel 4

hi there,
have recently moved to Sky digital and have been told that although C4 is not included in their suite of channels, it can be tuned in independently - has anyone done this?

can anyone help me out with the correct frequency code for C4 so that I can tune it in via the Sky box

Channel 4 are still encrypted as they didn't go free to air like their ITV counterparts did recently. One of the reasons I went with ntl apart from the lower price and simple multiroom viewing.
