Hi all,
I was just wondering, i am working full time and going to college at night and am in my final year(3 year degree course). In 2005 i payed the college fees myself but recieved the fees back from my previous job in 2006. i paid for my fees 2006 and 2007 and will not be recieving compensation from my current job. my question is am i able to back date my tax relief to last year even though i received money in that year for the amount i paid in year one. also if i do get tax relief for 2006. is it brought forward to this years calculations or is my paye recalculated for that year and any difference paid back to me?
