Tuition Fees - How Long?

I applyed for tax relief on my tuition fees in september but have not heard anything from revenue. Does anyone know if this is normal procedure or should have I heard something by now?
 
Try ringing them to check to see if they have received your claim. It should have been dealt with by now.
